Our story
Makizu was established in January 2026, serving the best Pan-Asian street food and sushi in Manchester. We bring bold, authentic flavours together with fresh, quality ingredients — crafted for people who love vibrant, fast, and flavour-packed food.
From hand rolled signature maki and omakase platters to loaded fries, bao buns, katsu curry and chilli udon, our menu travels across Asia without losing the street food energy that started it all. The kitchen is halal, and everything is cooked to order.
